Services

01

Development Advice

At Marengo, we're always open to getting to know your project, however big or small. We'll give you a free, executive-level initial consultation on all planned projects, offering industry insight and expertise on the potential advantages and disadvantages of any project you're considering.

02

Planning & access advice

If the land for your project is already purchased, our knowledge of local housing targets and area demand means we're able to assess and provide advice on the likelihood of a project gaining council approval. Please call us to discuss the fees and costs associated with this service.

03

Demolition & asbestos surveys

Despite being banned as a construction material over 30 years ago, there are still approximately 5000 asbestos-related disease deaths in the UK  annually. Our asbestos awareness staff have the experience and expertise to flag tell-tale signs of asbestos on a site, producing a comprehensive report to keep you fully informed on any asbestos-related risks and costs to your project.

04

Site acquisitions

Finding the perfect site for your project can be tricky. At Marengo we're able to source sites to fit a wide variety of criteria and budgetary needs through our connections in real estate, our resources and knowledge of off-market opportunities.

05

Construction execution

As a multidisciplinary construction company, we specialise in high-end, multi-residential homes with a focus on producing bespoke, modern apartments.

06

Methodogy choice

Each project presents its own unique challenges. Our experienced team will assess the site constraints of your project and recommend the best materials and construction methodologies to bring your project to life.
